Different Day...Different Adventure

Elisa and I decided that we needed a little time away from the desert..so this morning we drove down to the Getty Museum. It was our first visit..and, it will not be our last. The collections at the museum are very impressive, from the Illuminated Manuscripts, the statues, the antiquities, to the masterpieces, it is all first rate. The museum compares quite favorably with other museums we have visited (Elisa has done the Louvre, and we have done the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC several times), and the grounds are probably the finest that I have seen thus far.
